This hotel in the heart of the city is a real hidden gem. The location couldn't be better, with the Edinburgh Playhouse theatre just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with fabulous views of the city. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, making you feel right at home. The attention to detail is noticeable, from the chalk painted furniture to the complementary tipple in the room. Plus, the prices are incredibly affordable, offering great value for money.
All was great, no complaints at all.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and had incredible views of the city. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered discounts on food and drinks for guests, and the restaurant had a fantastic view. Plus, the location was perfect, being within walking distance of key attractions and amenities.
That there wasn't a designated parking area for the hotel. However, we found a pay and display parking spot nearby that was reasonably priced and worked well for us.

Great location near the theater and within walking distance to attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.- Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.- Discount on food and drinks for residents.- Beautiful views from the room.- Lovely touches like complimentary drinks and luxury toiletries.
Inadequate plug placement for using hair straighteners. Potential noise from nearby pub and roadworks.
